12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

VIRULITE LLC. (the Company), warrants to the original retail purchaser of this Virulite CS device, that should this product, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship within the first twelve (12) month period from the date of purchase, such defect will be repaired or replaced at the Companys option, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect(s), Buyer is responsible for all other charges incurred, including shipping. This Warranty does not apply to batteries, or to any product or part thereof which has suffered through alteration, defacement, excessive temperature or humidity, environmental conditions, mishandling, misuse, neglect or accident. This Warranty is not assignable or transferable. THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANYS LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANYS LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.

RETURNS

To obtain repairs or replacement within the terms of this Warranty first contact info@virulite.com to verify nature of defect. Thereafter, Buyer must return product in its original condition, to the following address: 947 West 18th St., Costa Mesa, CA 92627 with original proof of purchase and details of defect. This sets forth Buyers sole and exclusive right to return.

SHIPPING & AVAILABILITY

All products displayed on this site will be delivered only outside of the UK, Europe and the nation of South Africa, and orders will only be taken from outside the UK, Europe and the nation of South Africa. Purchasers from those regions will be redirected to an external site where they may order the Virulite CS device. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars exclusive of any applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges. Virulite LLC reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations. Because of inventory issues, Virulite LLC may not have available for shipment all products displayed.

All products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail and will include a signature confirmation of delivery and tracking reference. Virulite LLC cannot ship to PO Boxes. Virulite aims to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt. Orders are despatched via USPS Priority Mail, please allow 2 - 3 days, as per USPS published time-lines.

Recipient is responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred when product is shipped outside of the United States.
